Xtreme Automation LLC, is able to provide Kansas City Control panel shop.
The Xtreme Automation team, we make cool technology that helps things move automatically. Our stuff is made to move your products from one place to another in factories and any other place you can imagine. Our conveyors become super smart and can put your products exactly where they need to be at the right time. They work really well with robots, workers, and existing equipment too! We also help lower electric bills and provide controls that lower the torque and stress that the conveyors would normally have. Our job is to provide more than what you could ever expect at the best price.
The sooner you call us the sooner our team can work with you to find a solution. After talking with our customers, we provide 2-3 different options to explain all options. Only after our customer feels confident with the selected option, we will start to order the parts. The parts order for a custom control panel can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks and the actual build of the custom control panel can take 1-3 weeks. The part that takes the most time is when we are contracted to create a custom control panel with a custom PLC program. A custom PLC program can take anywhere from 2-30 weeks. The sales engineer will give a better estimate after it's determined what the plc program requirements are. All customers have the option for our team to go onsite for training, and we have some award-winning support. Xtreme Automation also can act as a project manager to ensure the local electricians, manufacturers, and all other parties are working together. Xtreme automation is on occasion asked to design and build a custom control panel that is specifically designed and needs to be protected by a patent. We are not patent attorneys, but we are able to be a liaison between you and a patent attorney that works in the industry. Xtreme automation knows even if you don't want to apply for a patent that the work needs to be kept secret. The last thing we would like is to tell others about our customers proprietary work and with that in mind you should feel safe knowing we would risk our relationship.
Transparency is the cornerstone of Xtreme Automation LLC’s philosophy. Our intention is not to sell unnecessary products. Our quotes are designed to empower you with options. We present 2-3 distinct solution levels, complemented by clear explanations of differences. This empowers you to make informed decisions aligned with your vision and needs.
One of the coolest things about our technology is that it's really accurate. It can position and route things with precision, which is important for assembly and industrial automation. And if you ever need to make changes to the design, it's super easy to do. Using our pallet systems and precision move technology can make your production line more efficient and productive. That means you can get more stuff done in less time, which is always a good thing.
At its core, a Kansas City Control panel shop represents a paradigm shift in the control of electric motors. These motors are the backbone of industrial processes, propelling everything from manufacturing lines to transportation networks. The motor starter panel isn’t just a switch; it’s the conductor orchestrating the dance of these motors with seamless precision, akin to a maestro guiding an orchestra.
The advent of motor starter panels heralds an era of motor control marked by automation and intelligent integration. These panels relegate manual switches and toggles to history, offering an array of advantages that redefine operational excellence on a grand scale.

We've worked really hard to create machines that drive automation in the assembly industry. Our systems are top-notch when it comes to managing pallet traffic and making sure things run smoothly. They're designed to reduce downtime and keep everything moving accurately. Our conveyor automation has a bunch of cool benefits. You can set them up in different ways depending on how much weight they need to handle. And if you ever need to change the belts or use them in a cleanroom, no problem!
Automated Conveyor If you have a logistical nightmare, an outdated conveyor system, or in need of a new system. That is when you should call us or OfCourse if you have any need for custom programming, or a new control panel. We don't manufacture conveyors we source them for our customers based on the specific application requirements. This is a huge benefit to our customer since that means we don't just sell our stuff because it's our conveyor. We sell what is actually the best for your needs and program it to surpass all expectations. We have a bunch of different conveyor options for you to choose from. Small conveyors for dry ingredients, boxes of finished products, full pallets and more. Our conveyors can be setup to share product lines, manage priorities, help track inventory, only turn on/off based on photo eyes, speed up/down to keep the process flow smooth.
Our conveyor automation is so amazing you will be able to throw away all of your aspirin the headaches will be gone. What is the point of having automation if it doesn't lower stress. And don't worry about not being able to afford our packages we are a company that is very competitive, and we don't pay extra for our parts just so we can go on a fishing trip with our venders. We have small town values that really show in fact our customers often become friends that send us Christmas cards. We like to stop by when in the area, when possible, just to ensure customer satisfaction and make sure if there is something we can do to help it's known. Our success depends on our customer's success.
Variable Frequency Drives. Yep, that's self-explanatory on why we just call them VFDs. These are something that are used everywhere for everything and often we don't even realize it. Most if not all elevators, cranes, conveyors, and pumps use a VFD. These can be used for so many reasons if you want to power a three-phase motor on a single-phase site. If you want speed control on a motor, you need a VFD. Speed control could be having a motor run at a specific speed constantly, speed up and down based on settings, or you could have it ramp up and down. It's not ideal for motors to just turn on and off instantly so ramp up/down mode is a great feature it's not only easier on the motor but less torque on the parts. VFDs can also help lower an electric bill by lowering the spike in energy by soft starts. I love VFDs for so many reasons another reason is three phase motors are typically cheaper, better for reversing, and more reliable so being able to use one on a single-phase site is sweet. VFDs do take some extra programming and should be specifically sourced based on the application requirements. Xtreme Automation can help with that, and so much more. In fact, between us we think of VFDs like Caffeine. When they are in the mood they can ramp up and down in a way that it can be magical, and the PERFORMANCE is unmatched especially when it can go the EXTRA mile. The word caffeine is actually code for a 3-letter word that starts with an S. Marketing said we shouldn't mention it, but we thought it would be a great example on what a VFD is actually like.
